No, mostly because there are other roles in the store equally as important as bar. But bar would become priority for most people. I feel like it'd create pressure and tension in the store. Also making drinks fast is good but so is making drinks right and I feel like monetarily supporting fast specifically would lead to a drop in quality as people would want to make sure they just push out the most drinks.

I don’t know about you, but I mostly do CS and Reg which are just as important as bar; besides we don’t need to be incentivizing the people who ONLY want to ever bar.
