Everyone today has been an entitled piece of shit. A couple days after Thanksgiving and everyone is deciding to be the most difficult, high maintenance idiots ever. They all deserve bad things. UGH I HATE THIS JOB

Posts like this really drives home the point for me. I quit because of idiots. 20 years in retail did a number on me. I got into medical manufacturing. I don't have to deal with dimwitted members of society. Don't get me wrong, there were a ton of things adored about Starbucks. I just couldn't walk into the building anymore. If I had to hear someone bitch me out because I wouldn't steam their drink to 210 degrees....people are savages

i’ve gotten two over the counter tips today, but everyone else has been so difficult. Our oven is broken too, so some people are having hard time to understand that. Everyone be asking for too much and wanting every disposable paper item we have 🫠
