Is there a resource that details how pumps should be assembled? I just couldnt find any dark caramel gauging collars and idk what would be a similar replacement.

It’s possible your store doesn’t have the correct collar, i would say use a frap roast collar (not the pump labeled frap roast/chai) as they sit at similar heights. On your RPO day your SM will have to create an order to order and new one.
