got absolutely slammed today because there was a major scheduling error and we only had a small amount of people on the floor today and some kid got so angry that I forgot the extra caramel on his little Frappuccino that he chucked a caramel bottle at my and hit me in the neck/jaw
had to give a statement to the police and we did file an incident report
coped with it by getting some good food after work and im gonna dye my hair too

its crazy how holidays hit and we get incident after incident though. tis the season!
