UK Store Managers I need help (self.starbucksbaristas)

I work in a 24h UK store and live in an unsafe area that I have to walk through that area to get to and from my bus stop. I have expressed to my manager that I feel very unsafe doing this and have asked if I could not work so late but basically I’m being told “too bad”. Im very upset because my safety is being disregarded, and I seriously don’t know who else to contact regarding this.

did you change your availability? they’re not supposed to schedule you out side im of it, if they do contact your DM

Availability doesn’t exist like that in 24 hour stores. You can only say you’re not available certain days.

No because they all live in the area of the store or don’t have to take the bus back.
