NY here. 4 stores in my District have adjusted to start doing this.

Same thing at my store.
I was told it's new guaranteed 25+ hours a week. I'm lucky to get 15.
When I complained, he said we're really shorthanded.Yet he schedules all the shift leads a full weekly schedule. While the rest of us are under 20 hours. All new hires are pissed and he won't allow us to transfer.
Because I filled a complaint with corporate he threatened to fire me.
