I have complete open availability and I can't figure out why in the hell I'm not even scheduled for a minimum of 12.

That is bizarre, I usually get 25-32 with my highly open availability. Even still after I needed some changes do to health.

I got to the point where I told my manager if I didn’t have more than one shift scheduled, I wasnt going to come in for that one. I would rather spend the day finding something more reliable. Needless to say, two weeks later I left that store and prepared for a transfer.
