I strictly work mornings and then go to school and class right after my shifts. I work at store A, then I drive home and change into normal clothes before heading to class. My classes are split onto two different campuses and depending on the day I go to one or the other. I'll usually stop at Starbucks B 90% of the time and I will get a partner beverage because it's still within a half hour of me clocking out from work and I've never had any issues getting my drink as a partner beverage. Today I was going to the other campus so I stopped at Starbucks C and remembered that I forgot to grab my bean mark out for this week so I grabbed my bag of beans and I ordered my drink and asked to use it as a mark out for both. The shift was giving me such a hard time about it saying that I need to do this at my own store. I said okay no problem I don't want the beans then and I'll just pay for my drink it's fine, I don't want to cause any trouble but she was giving me such attitude about it that it left me uneasy.

I've picked up my bean mark out multiple times at Starbucks B because my store never has the beans that I want.

I was under the impression that you can get a partner beverage up to 30 minutes before and after your shift. So please someone correct me if I'm wrong or if that it has to be explicitly at your home store. And same with the bean mark out.

I'll occasionally have my drink made for me at my home store if it's slow but majority of the time I'm leaving in the middle of peak and I have to get to class in a half hour so I normally just stop at Starbucks B on my way into class. also 95% of the time when I make my drink at my home store I end up leaving it on my kitchen table as I'm running out the door, which is why I stop at another Starbucks on my way into class.
