50 both weekdays and weekends. do we hit that? absolutely not because we get a 5 partner play for peak everyday & we’re one of the highest volume stores in our district 🤠

42-44 seconds on weekdays, 50 seconds on weekends. We aren’t a terribly high volume store. We hit it pretty regularly but struggle a bit since we have mastrena 1s and the old ovens lol. We’re the second in the district for food orders so I’m almost tempted to say that we want the new ovens more than mastrena II’s

Expectation is 28-32 we hit it like 90 percent of the time. 90k/wk dt

35-45 on weekdays, 50 seconds on weekends. 70k/wk dt with our peak half hours anywhere between 80-100

45 during week, 55 during weekend. We can comfortably hit 44 any day so long as everyone shows up. That doesn’t always happen though.

Recently I’ve noticed one less partner being scheduled though which as morning shift usually puts me on front register, warming, brewing and CS when I can. It’s not amazing, but any time I get questioned about the time I’m just like, “hey [manager], I’m doing three jobs… what do you suggest I do differently?” and there’s not much response to that
