This is a bank thing. It’s not Starbucks’ problem if you’re still getting paid on-time, just not early. They’re still holding up their end of the deal here. I know it throws off your schedule, but early pay is a perk from your bank that likely isn’t guaranteed anyway.

i talked to my bank already though to figure out the cause, they said everything was good on their end and they weren't getting the details.

Early pay is still a perk, not a guarantee, from your bank. If you’re getting paid on-time according to your employment contract, there is no legal issue here, just inconvenience. If you don’t get paid on payday, then you have a case.

i never said there was a legal issue nor a guarantee?? i am not looking for a case. i just am expressing my annoyance at the shitty corp i work for. sometimes people get upset when something suddenly changes and it affects their finances. thanks for missing the point though.
