You absolutely should not be allowed to order travelers through mobile order for this reason alone. If samira were a decent human being they would've called the store ahead of time and asked "Hey I'd like to pre order a number of travelers are you able to accommodate that?". But noook samira wanted to be a piece of shit instead. I hope they have a perpetual Lego stuck in their shoe for all eternity. Sorry you had to deal with that OP and that your manager had you honor it in the first place.

I kinda agree with you. But also, most stores won’t take orders through the phone. At most of the stores I’ve worked at the policy was to say we can’t do phone orders and we would direct them to the app. Phone orders have potential to be worse because anyone could call in an order and just never pick it up AND never pay for it. At least with mobile they’ve already paid for it so it’s more pressure on them to actually pick it up. Obviously Samira thinks she is the exception though.

They are cardboard containers that hold a lot of coffee. I’ve been out of sbux for a couple years but I think they’re 64oz/.5 gal. People take them to the office (or whatever)with cups and sugar and a cup of cream.

We give out either 12 8oz cups or 8 12oz cups, so it should be roughly 96oz. Could be less sometimes if the bag inside doesn't open up all the way while we're filling it.
