So what excuses have your districts given y’all for them cutting labor?? 🤔

There are no excuses: WERE RUNNING A BUSINESS. Labor is the biggest controllable expense to your bottom line. Starbucks wants to be more profitable. My recommendations: pick up every available shift you can even if borrowed, make yourself useful (tips, clean play, training etc

Yep its definitely Labor , not The shitty lowest bidder logistics that constantly mess up orders, destroy milk products, ruin 1000's of dollars of pastries a night.

Not, the 100's wasted on overnight FedExing boxes with a single piece cardboard.

Not, rolling out low quality seasonal product with overly involved sequencing.

Not, the FAT bonuses C-suits have been making '16-'20.

Not, Hiring a Littral former CIA agent to head up the anti-union campaign.

No not any of that, obviously it's the rank and file who depending on hours may or may not be able to have a place to live, eat, get gas.
