How does a paid out work?? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I am just wondering how do i get my tips for the hours i wasnt paid . I worked 7.40 hrs more but my manager didnt put it in the system so im getting paid for it this week but i am not sure how im going to get my tips for the hrs i worked?? Or how that works. She just said something about a paid out

Get your SSV to multiply your hours by this weeks tip rate, and it should be paid out of the register. I see what the other person is saying about taking it from a jar but that will technically short tips next week and why should your partners have to suffer for the mistake of a manager? Just my opinion :)

When something like that happens I just take the $$ out of the tip jar for that day and let it be.
I wouldn’t take money out of the till.
(Get a ssv or sm to do this btw, don’t do it yourself cause it might look like you’re stealing)
