I know the policy, but that doesn’t stop me from giving partners a dirty look when they know who I am and know I’ve phantomed at their store multiple times but they still hit the discount button and not the bev one :( what happened to the friendship policy

You do realize that there is a way to tell, right? My manager found out someone was abusing the “make your own drinks” privilege we had at our store, so now she makes us follow standard.

if you use your free bev on your days off, you can get fired for it. i personally would be pissed if someone used my free bev & i got in trouble over it

They (corporate) can see and flag, when partners are getting partner free bevs at times or days they do not work. They can then go and see who rung them up.. both the person giving and accepting the free drink can be reprimanded. And it doesn’t require a snitch they have programs written that flag it. To try and make a partner feel bad because they don’t want to risk losing their job for effectively what is a few dollars is not friendship. They don’t own you anything
