Vacation time starts accruing after your 1 year anniversary.
From what I remember,
1-5 years with the company, you earn 2% of your worked hours and you’re capped at 40 hours.
5-7 years, you earn 4% of your worked hours and you’re capped at 80 hours.
At 7+ years, you earn 6% of your worked hours and you’re capped at 120 hours.
Unless you’re in management (ASM and above) your vacation time doesn’t go away unless you use it. The reason why managers take so many damn vacations, is they lose their vacation hours if they don’t use them.

You don’t start accumulating vacation time until you e been with the company a year. So you don’t have any right now
