Why do you feel good about making someone cry..? Easiest approach, imo, would to act dumb and ask if they had a Mobile order and for their name, and once they had stated their name happily say “Oh I just got it! It’ll be out in a moment!”

Honestly it coulda been taken differently depending on the person. I’m a store manager and if I seen someone touching all the drinks, I would also tell them to please stop touching other people’s drinks. It’s a safety and sanitation issue. I mean I wouldn’t want someone else’s hands all over my stuff. Plus she should know that fraps take a minute and if there were other ppl waiting before her why on earth would she think her order was ready???

u couldnt have just said like “please dont touch the other peoples drinks for sanitary reasons, yours willl be right out thanks” ????
