I got like no sleep last night so I opened alone and I was tired all morning. My coworker was an hour late so I went through the morning rush alone… and spilled vanilla syrup ALL over myself right in the middle of it lol.

I was more annoyed than anything. Whatever, I cleaned it up, moved on. My coworker finally gets there and the rush is gone. Day goes on like it usually does, until this old bitch of a woman comes up and starts acting super entitled. She started screaming at my coworker when we couldn’t take the card she was using. There were people waiting for drinks so they were just staring at us. I ended up getting a manager but by the time I came back, she was gone. In the few months I’ve worked for Starbucks, I’ve never seen someone SO pressed.

Anyway, that ended and we just laughed about her when she was gone. Later on I ended up spilling a venti iced americano ALL over the handoff counter and on the floor and had to clean it all up. It was just embarrassing cause there were so many people around. :/ But the guy was chill about it.

Another old guy got a latte and didn’t have change with him. I was about to tell him it was okay and that the 2 cents was on us, but he just fucking reached into our tip jar to grab it. I was honestly so shocked that I didn’t say anything. Like I was gonna be nice and let him have it but before I could do anything he just GRABS IT. The fucking entitlement. I was so pissed. I know it’s 2 cents but you don’t just reach into our tip jar, holy fuck.

THEN I dropped a fucking heavy cream while I was making whipped cream and spilled it all over the counter. Lmfao.
