we had a customer who ordered vsscf and chocolate cf on a drink but wanted them like layered and we explained to them that they’re just going to mix together bc of density or whatever and they were like that’s fine and then at window yelled at us when they mixed

Meh. It's awful getting iced cm wo ice. Customer wants SHOTS ON TOP AND FOAM. Needless to say it was a slow day so I actually had fun. Both seeing customer get mad at the first drink then trying way too extra on the second

yes exactly ! i’ll never understand that and honestly we just try to let them know it’s not a shaken espresso at that point , for example a brown sugar shaken with no ice is basically a doppio triple or quad shot over ice (considering we’re adding a lottt of ice lol) with the brown sugar syrup cinnamon and oatmilk .. would be the most proper way to ring it up , i hear it’s bad to shake espresso in a shaker
