to become a coffee master, you need to complete the coffee academy courses on starbucks global academy. it’s not too long and you can go at your own pace! most of it is reading and videos, but it gives you some activities to complete (such as coffee tastings) throughout the course. once you’ve completed a course, you’ll get a certificate sent to your email. if you talk to your manager and have completed all of the courses, they should be able to order a black coffee master apron for you. i hope i’m not leaving anything out lol and i hope this helps!

Took me about a month to get through the program. But I know ppl that have done it in less time. Some ppl spread it out over months. Totally depends on your schedule and how often you want to come in for training time

I did coffee academy before the coffee master program relaunched and it took me roughly 3 weeks

You should probably do the coffee tasting activites too.
