Your SM is saying they won’t recommend you get the cup fund?

I don’t believe they have any impact on you getting the cup fund grant, my SM was never notified or asked when I got one

Call your district manager asap. Keep any written information or communication from this. Your sm needs a lesson in how to treat others when in need of help. Dear god please call your dm. And as for heat in your car I recommend looking into getting something called a snuggle safe or a kitten warmer. It’s a plastic disk you microwave and it stays warm for 10+ hour’s depending on conditions. I keep one in my bed to save on gas and in this California “winter” it actually stayed warm 26 hours. It eventually cooled enough where I can microwave it again lol. They are like 30 bucks on Amazon. Pet stores might have them in your area as well.

I most definitely will like he asked me if I needed to continue to work or if I needed time to get my life together. like um no sir I'm sleeping in my car and showering at truck stops I need to work to be able to get into an apartment, I'm trying to get money together now to be able to shower and get gas bc I can't sleep in my car without leaving g it on for heat bc the temperature is below 30° at night and i need food as well.

SM has no input on if you are approved or not

Look into your county and any grants or assistance too. I'd also recommend calling 211 and telling them your situation. They are well versed with the areas resources and will know better than anyone what to recommend to help you. I'm so sorry you're in this position and we'll done leaving that situation. Good luck.
