as a store that’s pretty busy,, right off the highway,, we get out fair share of angry and impatient customers. however there’s one customer who always comes back to our store despite her always having a problem… this lady has not only threatened to hit partners on the floor, she has also repeatedly called us d*mbasses and as*holes… my SM has witnessed it all and had even stood there watching as she threw a fit to one of our newer baristas.. despite all this he continues to play into what she wants and disregards the fact that this woman has made some of my coworkers cry with her ignorant and disrespectful words and actions…

anyone else’s SM sit back and watch this without even attempted to mediate the situation for their partners….

i don’t get why she doesn’t just find another store around us,,, we’re in a place that has a starbucks on every corner, oml..
