When will you see your SM next? If it isn't in the next 24-48 hours, call them tomorrow morning. If they ignore your call, honestly I would reach out to Partner Resources.

Those cards come to the stores mailbox. You should call the sm directly if they don't answer call the dm. Follow up with an email to the sm with the dm cc'd about the phone calls and the missing card/check. Good luck op
