Find it super rude that people shove their phones into your face to get a “custom” drink? Honestly I’ve stopped wearing my glasses at the POS and telling people “oh crap I can’t see that can you read it to me?” -.-

Someone legit ordered it for their kid last week through our drive thru. We thought they were kidding at first until she said her daughter saw it on tik tok and she wanted it. Had to let her know what the drink really was the the customer got mad at US, like we made the Tik tok… I just can’t anymore.

i always go “oh it’s okay, you can just read it to me” and they usually just that. unless they don’t speak english well i’m not gonna read anyone’s phone :)

happened to me only once so far, and i was NOT putting up with the longass tiktok drink paragraph, so i just said "Sorry, I don't have my glasses and I can't read screens too well right now" Which isnt a total lie, LMFAO

I actually prefer them showing me rather than telling me. I find that sometimes people who tell me their super customized order order too fast so I have to go back and ask them to repeat themselves.
