Eeeeek wipe the thermal screen on your ticket printer please :) it’ll help an awful lot!

It's that strip at the top of the inside of the printer next to the little yellow sticker. Don't use a sani rag. See if you guys have the cleaning kit but if you don't use the wipes in the red packaging.
