So I was working drive through. This lady order pumpkin cold brew grande in venti cup. With Extra pumpkin cold foam.

So the person made it and good amount(he even measure the cold brew in grande cup and ice then pour that into cup then did rest cold foam) of pumpkin cold foam was in it (like it was fill to top no space)

Go hand to customer she unhappy (I’m still fairly new) she tells me she wants more then half cup to be full of cold foam I said okay let me ask my sm if I need chage different because that so much cold foam. My sm goes talk to her to see if she really only want tiny amount cold brew itself and rest cold foam. She said yes

My sm goes make her self. She makes few batches cold foam so it stays thick. Well with being so much cold foam it ends up mixing with cold foam.my sm told me explain that to her
