No insurance coverage!? (self.starbucksbaristas)

I selected coverage before the deadline in August and just logged into my account only to find no coverage listed. Help! How do I fix this, and what went wrong? It's embarrassing to find this out months later, but I just admittedly do not have it together.

This almost happened to me when i enrolled last month. It turns out i didn’t scroll all the way down to click ‘enroll in coverage’ which completes the process and fully enrolls you. I’m not sure if you can fix it, you might just have to wait until next enrollment unfortunately.

Thank you for your response. That must be what went wrong. Ugh, that would suck. I'll have to see about insurance through my state if that's the case. If not, I spent most of my life without health insurance. I'm just trying to be a functional adult.

Try calling partner benefits center. They’ve helped me out before.

Partner benefits helped me out before but I called them within a day of missing. And I had moved so I never got the information about it. But they told me they wouldn’t do it again so you may be out of luck. Try emphasizing you won’t have any coverage.
