The other day during my shift this girl came through the drive thru asking for a remake. Fair enough. We ask what her drink was and what was wrong with it. Her drink consisted of like SEVENTEEN (17) syrup pumps. She claimed it was “too sweet” and her solution to that was to only subtract one (1!!!) pump. And we didn’t recognize her from earlier at all either lmfao! I ended up making it for her anyways as we were already fed up with the day but it really baffled us all
