i hate the sauce itself, but making it reminds me a lot of mixing boxed cake mix as a kid, i get tempted to eat it a lot

I kind of get mad if anyone makes it when I'm working bc I love making it. The Siren's mocha is what made me a fan way back when.. and while I only get 3 pumps in my Venti... I ❤️ how it smells. And I'm fat and love dark chocolate.

Absolutely one of my favourite tasks. I love doing it with kids in the cafe because they always think it’s really cool!

I loved doing Mocha and Caramel bottles. I also just loved doing CS.

I actually enjoy making it. I wish I didn’t end up with a powder pile on the counter, but it smells really good. Makes me feel like I’m in Willy wonka’s chocolate factory. 🎩

i didn’t mind making it at my old store, because we used two separate containers so it wasn’t so messy (1L water in the 3L pitcher, all the mocha powder, mix, then the rest of the hot water measured in a different pitcher)

however my new store, which overall is so so so much better than my old store, doesn’t like us to do it that way due to creating more dishes, which, makes sense because it’s a high traffic store
