The training you mean? I wouldn’t worry sometimes they just put training if there’s some online training you haven’t completed. That’s what I would assume. Or recently at my store we had some refresher training even for experienced partners. If u haven’t done anything wrong ur good

I believe we just got assigned the next self paced training and another of the modules that we do every 3 months or so within this last week I think. It's probably just for you to be able to finish those while you're not on the floor.

My manager uses training hours when they can’t get enough coverage approved, it’s totally fine you might not even change what you’re doing at 10:30
