I want to do the coffee master program and this is what I’m going to do 🤡 Can’t taste the difference in 99% of our coffee, it’s all so acidic.

They gave me one mine didn’t really enforce it though. I ended up having to get rid of the notebook cause it got ruined badly by a coffee spill by drive.

the only time i’ve ever tasted a noticeable difference is when i had blond roast and then immediately had cold brew it was like. deep chocolate flavour i was shocked lol but without that difference it’s harder to pick out the ~notes~

I could only barely pick up the citrus notes, but that’s it. I don’t understand coffee blends—everyone swears they can taste the flavor notes but I’ve never been able to.

Recently started going through the coffee passport with a trainee, and this is the first time I've actually been able to distinguish between different ones! I still can't point out a ton of notes, but I can tell the differences in acidiy, body and such

I mean I honestly tasted a bit of a difference to, but from my coworkers the general consensus is no change, hence the meme.

I did my tasting with chocolate, graham crackers, and pomegranate seeds. They looked at me blankly but they appreciated the snack.
