I’ve dealt with so many mean customers lately and this person was so kind, and seemed genuinely happy to talk to me. I wrote a little note on their pastry bag that said “thank you for being so kind”. They were so excited about the note and thanked me for being so sweet. When they drove off I cried and had to take a second between orders to compose myself. I love kind people.
