Why does the milk preference have to be at the bottom? I feel like every time I go to make a complicated drink like this I get through about half the drink before I realize the milk I used was wrong

We have a barista who will order their drink like 3 minutes before their shift starts and then complain that it’s not ready before they clock in. Their shift always starts during the most hellish hour of peak. They don’t order anything complicated but still… like, homie… you know how busy it gets!

If I know my order is that complicated I make it myself smh. If we’re behind I get my drink myself literally even if it’s just an apple juice or something. I know it depends on your SM but you literally cannot complain when you’re ordering that monstrosity for your TEN. Order it after your shift so you can wait?

At our store, everyone makes their own drinks. It's common courtesy.

To which I politely reply: “Make it your damn self”. I’m so happy to make wildly complicated drinks for people who are kind and patient—I’m not so happy to do so for people being impatient and entitled. That shift would forever be making their own drink while I was on bar.
