As if they don't watch baristas like they're performing some dance behind the bar.
They should be sliding dollar bills into the pocket of my apron.
(or admit they're broke and move on! go shop somewhere they can afford, i hear 7/11 has deals!)

i always go by the mentality of “if i can’t afford to tip, then i can’t afford to eat out”
Usually for restaurants, but the same theory applies here. i won’t tip at my own store, but if i go to another starbucks, i will always tip. I also will always tip at Panera bc tips made a huge difference to me when working there as well.

It depend if I just got done working or gonna work that day I don’t tip my store
But if im off and don’t work I do tip. (And only time I tip if I done working/working later is if im buying few drinks I do tip)
