7! id recommend letting the espresso slide down the cup instead of straight in the middle so you don’t get crema bubbles. this is slay

good idea. what i’ve been doing that usually works is starting low, going pretty high and then once i get about 1/2 inch from the top i lower the pitcher and try to aim towards the center. but i’ll take ur advice and pour on the side of the cup and see how that works. thanks!
