This store is literally fucked. We have 10 mins drive threw times sometimes, no planted position everyone does whatever they want, the labour is fucked because partners enter drinks so they are cheaper and the customer is angry when its made to a standard or certain partners refuse to enter it the cheaper way ex tall blonde in a venti filled with steamed soy.
To top it off they are now reducing hours. Typically work 30-35 and work 15 this week.

I just transferred to this store. Im debating moving and transferring back to my other store that’s 4 hours away.

Our DM has been in the store and clearly doesn’t care either. We have the lowest customer connections in the district. WE DONT HAVE THE PARTNERS. We don’t have a CS 90% of the time. Someone soloing bar typically. One person handling drive and warming. How the fuck are we suppose to connect when we are running around like chickens with our neck cut off.

Talk to your last store manager. This happened to one of my friends when they transferred. It ended up she came back to our store and the manager got fired at that store.
