i’ve tried so many times to put cold foam on top of shaken espressos without making the foam bubble over the top of the cup but i simply can’t 🙃
is there a strategy to adding the cold foam without causing a mess, help much appreciated

it helps to scoop some foam off from the shaken espresso with a spoon before pouring on the cold foam, i never have time for that though😭

I haven’t heard anyone complain that they’re ugly. But if they did, I’d suggest they order a cold brew with cold foam.

I always do light ice when I add cold foam, not just for shaken espressos but for most other drinks as well!
