I’m in the US and you can let your SM know you’d like to use sick pay or you can go into the DRB and write it in. The code is “S”, you’d write your name, partner number, date and hours you want plus your initials to verify! Hope this helps :)

This is in Canada, not sure where you are but we usually have similar procedures to American partners. Usually when calling in sick we just let our manager know we want to use one of our five paid sick days. If that doesn’t work, you can write it in the DRB, there is a specific code for sick pay listed. Should be approved as long as you haven’t used your available days.
