When COVID first started anyone could get it. Then after like the first year, it changed to only exposed at work. I was under the impression the 40-80 hours provided by the state were still eligible until the end of the year. The proof is where it started. Someone gets it and brings it to work, exposes the rest of you. That would count for everyone but the person who was first exposed. Anything else is outside of work and not covered
