Are you wanting the title on your resume or experience with the duties ? I’m just curious the reasons ppl want to apply when it’s about the same pay rate as ssv gets with tips these days but with extra stress and duties . Genuinely curious

Asm makes 54k and ssv is $19.69 in california so not even close lol

With the tips ssv gets, esp now that cc tips are rolled out its very comparable. Asm is like $21 and change per hour. Theres people all over the subreddits posting about how there's no incentive to promote to asm from ssv, that pay is very close when tips are factored in. Don't know where you got 54K, I see 35-40K or hourly $21-22.

We don’t have cc tips at my store yet. And my asm told me she makes 54k. Which is 4500 a month before taxes. I’m barely making 2k a month as ssv since hours got cut

I’m genuinely interested in the job. Yeah, any pay increase is nice but I like the idea of continuing to move up in the company.
