Do back workouts and stretches only thing that’s helped

This and I had to remind myself to relax on bar. I noticed I was tensed up all the time trying to move faster. Just check in with yourself and make sure you're not keeping tense, you can still move fast relaxed it just takes practice.

Definitely the bar will punish you so you gotta be careful and take care of yourself

Yup, I call it getting “bar-back”. Lol

only thing that’s helped has been going to a chiropractor, heating pads, and eventually my doctor had to give me muscle relaxers. bar is so brutal on the body

Debilitating stress. It moves around

Yeah this happens to me. Gets really bad when I do dishes for an extended amount of time. Changing my footwear helped a lot with general soreness associated with the job, I now wear asics running shoes which makes a huge difference compared to the flat converse/vans I was wearing before. I also use my benefits as much as I can for chiropractic/massage services.

I'm pretty tall and need to hunch on bar to really reach stuff and I feel this. I just go through lots of epsom salt baths🤷‍♀️

And I'm the opposite. I can't reach all the syrups because of my height and I'm constantly over reaching.
