Heyo so I quit back in august. I was a shift and I had almost hit my 3 year point (literally like two weeks to go 😅)

Due to life stuff, I’m thinking of going back. I absolutely adored my job even with all the stress it brought. However this time, I’m looking at going back as an asm. I know the current asm at my old store is leaving this month. the training would take place at another store as the sm is not as sm trainer. The current sm is very new to the company and I know the store is going through a super rough patch and would benefit greatly from an experienced partner to support the sm.

Any thoughts from current asms or sms or anyone tbh? About the current management climate, tips, whatever.
