all she asked for was a “venti hot vanilla latte” no modifications, she got upset at the window because it wasn’t “completely full” so we remade it and she seemed fine but called 5 mins later to tell me about it 🙃 and then when i told her i couldn’t help anymore because we already remade her drink she started saying “you know this is ILLEGAL, you can’t do that, i can’t believe this, all of the starbucks’ around the nation are just scamming people out of their money, i can’t believe you” and i said “i’m very sorry ma’am is there anything else i can help you with and she asked for my name told me i dont deserve my job and said she’s going to file a lawsuit against me personally tomorrow morning… so can’t wait 🤞🏻🥰

I would have liked to ask where she worked if she brought them into it, because it goes both ways. I can’t imagine her workplace would appreciate a member who used the company image to threaten and harasses service workers.

Someone just came for my job like an hour ago. Apparently, asking if anyone explained what goes into a HCMT was very condescending and I work for Starbucks not Dolce& Gabbana, and my customer service is shit.

There were these two jerks who would come several times a week for no foam chai teas and jerks is kind. They wrote the shift a nasty note telling her she was going to be visited by the devil for her lies and all kinds of crazy weird mean nonsense. And it made her cry.
