if you want hope though you can check out the noneconomic proposals they are fighting for on the sbworkersunited twitter page or their website! they’re fighting for a national contract and then individual stores can add in their own things if needed.

Nothing yet unfortunately. Starbucks has yet to negotiate anything and they're desperately trying to union bust

i work in a unionized licensed store (kroger) and i am truly grateful that i do. it’s amazing to have a system of checks and balances for out of control managers or even coworkers. all non union starbucks family members, keep fighting the good fight i am so proud of you!
