I made the mistake of asking a confused customer if anyone had told them what goes into the Honey Citrus Mint Tea.
Y'all, this lady let me fkn have it in my window, then came into the store demanding a manager.
I just transferred to a new store in a new state and holy fuck it is not going great.

My SM would have told them the partner was new and learning. (Something like this happened. The customer demanded the partner be fired. SM said there is no way that was happening. If he had any additional issues, he could talk with the DM. Then she left him to return to her post.)
