I need to rant!

Oh my god, has anyone else had such bad customers today for the nhs free tall drink. I’ve been swore at, called every insult in the book, almost had a drink thrown at me for simple things.

I’ve had a grown ass doctor call me a f**king c**t because I said we had a procedure were needed to see the actual person with the id, not just every single person in your works place ID given to me by you.
We’ve had 3 people call in sick , so we are two manning it all tonight, no breaks for anyone. I’ve had a barista go home crying today because of this.

But, we still have to be nice to them…… we literally can’t fight back or we get a warning by our area coach.
