Is there a policy for corrective actions? I got a written warning a few days ago and I was kinda shocked bc I thought a first offense would grant a “documented coaching” rather than a “written warning”. Also what does this mean now? How bad is a written warning compared to a documented coaching?

SMs can escalate depending on what it was for. Without knowing the issue I can’t say if it was justified or not.
I think it dan prevent you from transferring. If it’s a first time thing you should be ok.

Like, forever? Like if I get written up and I work there for like two years and do better then theoretically can I get promoted? Do/can they knock off your corrective actions? Lmaooooo

I’m sure it gets expunged after a certain amount of time I just don’t know what it is. I wanna say you can’t promote if you’ve had a write up in the last year but an ssv or sm will need to confirm or correct me
