I feel so frustrated!! (self.starbucksbaristas)

A while ago I posted that a transferred partner had accused me of giving out the wrong drinks and it ended up being DTO fault for putting in wrong drinks.
He accused me again after the last time and I even told him, “Hey that’s the second time you’ve accused me of handing out wrong drinks.”
It was last week, I was on window (that’s my strongest position as well as doubling up on order) and he was on drive thru cold bar behind me. When warming comes and drops off warming items, it usually hides behind things we have on the counter. Anyways, I didn’t see the snowman cookie warming had dropped off. I ask through headset if it was ready and warming told he had dropped it off.
And the transfer partner immediately said, “you’re handing out the wrong stuff.”
That’s when I’d told him, “hey second time you’ve accused me, weird.”
And I look in front of the counter and the snowman cookie was hidden.
Like what??? Why does he want me to do something wrong so bad.

i have similar issues at my store. i’ve noticed a lot of partners can be very competitive at work for some reason and try to make you feel like you’re always doing something wrong. idk. it seems like they’re projecting lmao

Keep an eye out for sabotage , sounds like he has a personal problem and could possibly MAKE it true if he really was inclined
