the ethics of this are variable by definition (what's the manager's goal, what's going on situationally etc) but personally that sounds unethical to me?

idk i haven't had a manager or shift pay as close attention to cash management as they *should* in terms of constant audits/till resets between users, but write-ups for small cents/inaccuracies is kinda bull. esp ecially if someone rung up on your till! (they shouldn't, but stuff happens)

i'd talk to pcc or your dm or a shift or someone about this to figure out what's going on and voice your concerns. they can at least better answer the why of why this is happened and the what it impacts.

Lol I can’t imagine literally every single of his store’s partners having two write ups is going to reflect well back on him

Managers need to stop giving out write up’s like it’s money. I’ve only written up a partner once because they were over 30 minutes late many times. This won’t look good on your manager at all if they’re constantly writing people up.
