Literally on the verge of a panic attack because I’m opening alone and have to tell every customer we don’t have fucking regular coffee.

this happened to my store too 😍 our OPS got us a temporary one station brewer but as u can imagine it was very slow trying to brew two different coffees during peak 😭 and that lasted for like ~6mo . Finally got a double brewer not that long ago 🫣

Fucking yikes, that sounds awful. We had to brew all our shit on one side all day yesterday and even that was bad. Couldn’t imagine doing it for 6 months

oh we just simply didn’t brew any coffee till they got us the single brewer which was about 2 weeks. :) Two weeks without freshly brewed coffee and i believe we were also down an espresso machine. My kiosk is like 10 years old so everything is currently breaking but they keep just repairing it instead of getting us new stuff. Our current work order is for standing water under the sink <3 has been like that for two months. it’s a nightmare lololol

If anyone ever needs the health department called on their store to give the work orders a little pushed, I'm happy to call for you. Unsafe working conditions or safety issues for customers because sbux doesn't make it a priority until they have inspectors looking , is so unacceptable

my store had our brewer break and were given an estimated wait time of ten weeks for a repair. so ten weeks, aka all of fall to the start of holiday launch, with no hot or iced brewed coffee. that was not the reason i quit, but it was such a relief to not have to deal with that anymore.
