I was cleaning my stores back area yesterday and found a 10 year old daily communication journal talking about the days sales and customers or weekly updates. We had old braille menus and some really old training books and resource guides.




We also found some brand new unopened old steaming pitchers and a smoothie pint glass which was from well before my time. I've found all sorts of old wares cleaning stuff out.




It's kind of neat seeing some of the old stuff

Crazy how far starbucks has fallen. I blame starbs for bending over backwards to “nake the moment right” especially for rude awful customers. Im all down for making it right for good people that come in. Not some stuck up asshole who thinks we are no good because the company is short on brownsugar

I was a partner in 2014 with a 188 number. I remember those gift cards debuting around Christmas time! At the time we had like a “gift card tree” where people could pick from like 10 different cards. Most of them would end up being stolen.
